Max Talamantes is one of our ace technicians who has worked with iW for more than 20 years. Recently our good customer in Petersburg, Alaska called to report their quarter folder was inoperable. Max left a job site in Minnesota and we sent him almost immediately to Alaska to make the repair. Parts were flown from our headquarters via Alaska Airlines Gold Streak for this emergency repair.
