Baldwin’s Count-O-Veyor Model 110HB
Designed to give smaller newspaper and insert
printers a rugged, compact counter stacker
that counts with greater accuracy than other
stackers in its price range. The Model 110HВ
delivers well jogged, flattened bundles with
good count accuracy. Will jogged, flattened
bundles help to increase inserter efficiency by
dramatically reducing misfeeds and downtime.
More accurate counting results in reduced
overrun waste as well.
The Model 110HB count marking system
works quite simply. It senses each revolution
of the press cutoff cylinder and supplies an
input to the push-button-selectable batch
counter mounted in the faceplate. When the
batch count is reached, it outputs to the felt tip
marking pen assembly which marks the
building bundle. An operator simply lifts off the
bundle at the mark to achieve proper count.
The bundle count is accurate, and cumulative
count error over the entire press run is
eliminated.
