Two (2)- RP-136 modules in a common frame each for 36” wide web, each as per below;

• AC shaftless drive system for pull roller
  • 3 HP Baldor motor with built in feedback encoder
  • Drive assembly with reference encoder

• Pneumatic trolleys
  • The trolley shaft rotates to engage or disengage the trolleys
  • Each trolley can be manually adjusted to desired pressure
• Pneumatic slitter assembly with control mounted at three wide assembly.
• The unit will slit each web into two (2) similar or dissimilar ribbons.
• There are quick stops to accommodate accurate slitter repositioning from operator side to gear side
• Each ribbon will be repositioned for correct placement over the former.
• Two (2) chrome plated motorized angle bars with controls
• Two (2) chrome plated stationary angle bars.
• All angle bars are drilled for air and pre-plumbed to manifold.
• One 2.5 HP blower with starter for each assembly
• One (1) full page linear motorized compensator with controls

If you are running two full color webs (8 pages) for a broadsheet newspaper that is 11.5” or less wide pages, you could add this unit and increase paging to 12 pages, without adding labor, plates or other costs.
