Our good customer in Memphis will soon get some attention from one of our expert technicians. Like with many other projects, we did a “virtual inspection” of their Press and concerns via Zoom to determine exactly what work is required for our upcoming field service call. We were able to identify major issues beforehand and get parts ordered. We have shipped a plate cylinder, bearings and some water motor transformers to the customer’s jobsite. Our fully vaccinated technician will be in the air soon.
